Did The Masks Go Through Stringent Tests Via International Standards?
Yes! We are anti bacterial filter certified. Our fabrics are SILVADUR™ treated which removes 99.9% bacterial growth over repeated washes. Untreated fabrics will allow biofilms like acne-causing bacteria and microbes to build up during use which cannot be removed by traditional laundering methods. SILVADUR™ has been tested to deliver significant bacterial and viral removal.
Our fabric are also water repellent certified and double filter microfilament qualified
We are tested by Intertek, SGS Lab. And Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified signifying a high customer confidence in product safety.
Who are these masks suitable for?
Due to our thermoregulating feature of our fabric, our Classic, Orchid Motifs and Swarovski breatheEasiermaskare great for cold weather conditions and especially in chilly winds
And will keep you cool in summer weather.
For hot summer weather and sports activities we recommend the Collagen-Infused BreatheEasierMask for its high breathability and super cooling rayon collagen fabric.
Also great for asthmatic sufferers and anyone suffering from allergies such as pollen, dusts, pollution, second hand smoke and other allergens. In addition to that great for anyone suffering from cold symptoms, flu, runny nose due to its quick dry inner fabric which will help to make you feel comfortable even if your body isn’t.
Especially suitable for anyone with sensitive skin as it will not cause maskne, dermatitis, eczema or skin breakouts
Will The Masks Fog Glasses?
Our masks kit come with an antifog glasses/sunglasses reusable wipe FOC!
How Are The Masks Packed?
The masks are packed individually and sealed in a transparent sealed bag.
Where Are The Mask Fabric From?
Our masks fabric are sourced from all over the world.
- First layer inner is made from anti bacterial soft bamboo fabric sourced from Taiwan,
- 2nd & 3rd layer microfilament filters are flown from Germany
4thouter layer is from the USA - We used world-reknowned technology to develop these masks into highly breathable masks with skincare benefits!
Are All Your Masks Adjustable?
Yes our masks are standard adult sizes and all our masks come equipped with an adjustable strap which will provide a snug fit. Can also suit children above the age of 7.

Do You Accept Returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for the masks.
If in the unlikely event that the wrong item was delivered and the item was not yet opened, you may email us atsupport@breatheeasiermask.comor use our contact form Contact Us for assistance within 14 days of receiving the purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
How Long Will The Delivery Be?
Processing can take 1 to 3 business days of processing time. Then one of our delivery partners will get the item to you. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves us. Estimated to be 3 to 5 working days. Delivery can be longer due to covid delays. We do appreciate your patience and understanding if there is a delay.

I haven’t got a tracking number?
Your tracking number may be delayed 1 – 2 days from the time that your parcel leaves us. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all after that time period, feel free to email us.
How much is shipping
Free shipping for any orders of a minimum of 2 masks or masks accessories (anti-fog glass wipe or breatheeasiermask lanyard/holder)
We ship New Zealand wide (rural or urban deliveries) However no PO box please.
Otherwise Shipping fee is NZ9.90 to NZ12.00
Wash & Care Instructions
For Classic & Swarovski BreatheEasierMask:
Handwash is recommended to prolong usage. To wash in the washing machine, wash separately. Just as washing bras, we recommend placing them in a laundry wash bag, cold wash with gentle cycle, delicates setting with mild detergent. Air dry only
For Collagen-Infused BreatheEasierMask:
Handwash only. Wash separately from other laundry. Perspiration and friction may result in discoloration or color migration. Do not use detergents containing fluorescent agents or chlorine bleach.
